When will I be charged for my subscription?
Your subscription payment is processed on the same calendar day each month, based on the date you originally signed up.
For example, if you subscribed on the 12th, your payment will process on the 12th of each month.

How much will I be charged?
The monthly subscription is $30 per month. A one-time box (no subscription) is $40.
What if my payment doesn't go through?
No worries! If a payment is declined, I'll reach out so you can update your payment information. Your box will ship once a successful payment is received.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
When will my chocolate box ship?
Your box will generally ship within one week of your successful monthly payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on shipping carriers, holidays, and weather conditions.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes! Just contact me before your next billing date with your new address so your box goes to the right place.
Can I pick up my box instead of having it shipped?
Local pickup may be available. Reach out to me and we'll arrange a time that works for you. Please note that local pickup does not change the price.
What if my chocolates arrive melted or damaged?
Chocolate can be sensitive to temperature changes, especially during warmer months. We take precautions when preparing and packaging your chocolates, but shipping conditions can sometimes be unpredictable.
We recommend bringing your package inside promptly after delivery.
If your chocolates arrive damaged or you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us at 716-222-4038 as soon as possible so we can review the situation with you.

What's inside each box?
An assortment of handmade chocolates made in small batches. The selection changes each month, so there's always something new to savor.
Will I receive the same chocolates each month?
Nope! That’s part of the fun!
Each box is thoughtfully curated and may include customer favorites, seasonal specialties, and other delicious surprises. Your assortment will change throughout the year.
Can you accommodate nut allergies or gluten-free needs?
Yes. There is an intake form immediately after subscription where you can tell me all about allergies or gluten-free needs when you sign up, and your chocolates will be prepared accordingly.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Absolutely! Enter the recipient's mailing address and add an optional gift note. I'll tuck it right inside the box. We do suggest a single box order ($40) or the 3-month subscription for a gift rather than the monthly subscription so you don't have to worry about cancelling.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your online account (see instructions on main page) or by calling Essentially Well Oiled at 716-222-4038.
To avoid your next $30 charge and corresponding chocolate box, please cancel before your next scheduled billing date.
