Thank you for choosing Craving Chocolate. Again.! We’re excited to share a curated selection of handcrafted Essentially Well Oiled chocolates with you. Please review the following terms before purchasing a chocolate box or subscription.
Purchase & Subscription Options
Essentially Well Oiled offers the following options:
One-Time Chocolate Box — $40
Receive one curated chocolate box with no ongoing subscription or recurring charges.
3-Month Subscription — $30/month
Receive one curated chocolate box per month for three months at the subscriber price of $30 per month, including standard shipping. The subscription ends after three months and does not continue beyond the selected subscription period.
Monthly Recurring Subscription — $30/month
Receive one curated chocolate box per month at the subscriber price of $30 per month, including standard shipping. Your subscription automatically renews each month until canceled.
Each box contains a curated assortment of handcrafted Essentially Well Oiled chocolates. Boxes may include customer favorites, seasonal specialties, limited-time creations, and other selections. Contents will vary based on the season and product availability.
Billing & Automatic Renewal
For the Monthly Recurring Subscription, your payment method will be charged $30 when you initially subscribe.
Your subscription will then automatically renew for $30 each month on the same calendar day as your original purchase date until you cancel.
For example, if you begin your subscription on the 12th of the month, your payment method will generally be charged $30 on the 12th of each subsequent month.
The 3-Month Subscription is limited to three monthly boxes at $30 per month and ends after the three-month subscription period. It does not automatically convert to a Monthly Recurring Subscription.
The One-Time Chocolate Box is a single $40 purchase and does not include recurring charges.
Shipping
Standard shipping is included with the 3-Month and Monthly Recurring Subscriptions.
Subscription boxes will generally be prepared and shipped within one week following successful payment. This applies to both the initial box and subsequent monthly boxes.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Essentially Well Oiled’s control.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and up to date. Essentially Well Oiled is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Warm Weather & Chocolate Shipping
Chocolate is a temperature-sensitive product. During periods of warm weather, Essentially Well Oiled may adjust packaging, shipping methods, or shipment timing when reasonably necessary to help protect product quality.
Once an order has been delivered, customers are encouraged to retrieve the package promptly. Essentially Well Oiled cannot guarantee against melting or other temperature-related damage caused by packages being left outdoors or exposed to warm conditions after delivery.

Local Pickup
If you would prefer to pick up your chocolate box at the shop instead of having it shipped, please contact Essentially Well Oiled at 716-222-4038 to arrange pickup.
Choosing local pickup does not change the subscription price.
Cancellation of Monthly Recurring Subscriptions
Monthly Recurring Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.
To prevent your next $30 recurring charge and corresponding chocolate box, you must cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date.
For example, if your subscription renews on the 12th of each month, cancellation must be completed before the 12th to prevent that month’s renewal.
You may cancel your recurring subscription online or by contacting Essentially Well Oiled at 716-222-4038.
Monthly subscriptions cannot currently be paused or skipped. If you would like to take a break, simply cancel your recurring subscription and rejoin whenever you are ready.
3-Month Subscriptions
The 3-Month Subscription includes three monthly chocolate boxes at $30 per month.
Because this is a fixed three-month subscription, it will end automatically after the third month and does not need to be canceled to prevent additional charges.

Refunds & Cancellations After Payment
Once a chocolate box has shipped, payment for that box is nonrefundable.
If a payment has processed but your box has not yet shipped, please contact Essentially Well Oiled at 716-222-4038 as soon as possible if you would like to request cancellation or assistance with the order.
Failed or Declined Payments
Subscription boxes will only be prepared and shipped after successful payment.
If a scheduled payment is declined or otherwise cannot be processed, shipment of the corresponding chocolate box may be delayed or withheld until payment is successfully completed.
An active subscription may also be suspended or canceled if payment cannot be collected.

Product Selection & Substitutions
Each chocolate box is individually curated by Essentially Well Oiled. Specific chocolates, flavors, quantities, designs, and seasonal selections will vary.
Because our chocolates are handcrafted and product availability may change, Essentially Well Oiled reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions with products of similar quality when necessary.
Food Allergies & Dietary Needs
We take food allergies seriously.
Any food allergies or dietary restrictions should be communicated when placing your order or signing up for a subscription so that we can take appropriate precautions when preparing and packaging your box.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed allergies and dietary needs when possible. However, our products are prepared in an environment where multiple ingredients and allergens may be present.
Customers with severe or life-threatening food allergies should contact the shop before purchasing to discuss their individual needs and determine whether our products are appropriate for them.

Gift Purchases & Subscriptions
Craving Chocolate. Again. may be purchased as a gift.
For gift purchases, we recommend choosing the One-Time Chocolate Box or 3-Month Subscription so that the recipient can enjoy their chocolate without an ongoing recurring subscription.
If a Monthly Recurring Subscription is purchased as a gift, the purchaser remains responsible for all recurring charges and for managing or canceling the subscription.
Please provide accurate shipping information for the recipient and communicate any known food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing the order.
Price Changes
Essentially Well Oiled reserves the right to change the price of Craving Chocolate. Again. products or subscriptions in the future.
Customers with an active Monthly Recurring Subscription will receive advance notice of any price increase or other material change as required by applicable law and will have the opportunity to cancel their subscription.
Changes to the Subscription
From time to time, Essentially Well Oiled may modify the chocolates included in the subscription, packaging, fulfillment process, or other aspects of Craving Chocolate. Again.
Any material changes affecting an active recurring subscription will be communicated to subscribers as required by applicable law.

Customers purchasing the Monthly Recurring Subscription also authorize Essentially Well Oiled to charge the payment method provided at checkout $30 each month on the applicable recurring billing date until the subscription is canceled.
